2.- Only one entry, per entrant accepted. Register online on www.buy-n-shoot.com between 01/07/2010 and 31/10/2010 to be eligible
   - Registration for the survey will also act as registration for the newsletter.

3.This is a game of chance. A draw for the entries will take place on 01/11/2010 at the Buy-n-Shoot.com office.

4.Winners will be notified on 02/11/2010 and later published on the Buy-n-Shoot.com website 10/11/2010.

5.Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.Entry is open to Australian residents only, over 18 years.

7.Promoter’s employees and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this promotion.

8.No responsibility accepted for late online entries.

11.Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes. Prizes will be sent out direct from suppliers.

12.Subject to any written direction given under Reg.37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA), if a prize is not claimed within 3 months of the date the winner it is announced the winner forfeits all rights to receive such a prize and another winner will be determined by a panel of judges.

13.The promoter accepts no responsibility for variation in prize value, colour or prize not being available at the time of draw, resulting in a substitute for an equivalent valued prize from the same brand.

14.Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

15.The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

16.The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which breaches these terms and conditions.

17.Liability for any tax on the prize won by the winners is the sole responsibility of the winners.
