CCP Winners Announced 2008 Kodak Salon

ccp080528.jpgIncluding over 450 photo-based artworks Kodak Salon is Australia’s largest open-entry photo-based exhibition and competition. Fourteen artists have been awarded prizes from industry leaders including Kodak Professional, Adobe, Kayell Australia and Sandisk.

 

Images of award winning artworks can be viewed online at www.ccp.org.au The Kodak Salon is a truly democratic event, wherebyartists at all levels of experience and practice are invited to exhibit work at CCP. The resulting exhibition is a survey of where the camera is being pointed now and includes an exhaustive number of styles and genres such as documentary, portraiture, directorial, formalist and conceptual.


Visitors to the exhibition are invited to vote for their favourite image in the People’s Choice Award. A prize for the winner and a lucky voter will be announced at the close of the exhibition. There is also an opportunity to purchase artwork from the exhibition at affordable prices.
