Kata T216 Torso Pack, R-104 Rucksack & E-705 Elements Cover
kata090407.jpgAdeal is pleased to announce the addition of three new products to the Kata GDC range. The new products include: T216 Torso pack, R-104 Rucksack, and E-705 Elements Cover. The new T-216 is the latest and largest addition to the successful GDC T family. We have made it wide enough to fit the largest DSLRs with booster and battery grip attached. We have also added a large external pocket that can hold yet another lens, flash or light meter.

The R-104 is a welcomed addition to the successful GDC R family. It is based on the R-103 and features all the improvements asked for over the years: It is deeper to better fit the largest DSLRs with booster and battery grip attached. It has a special sleeve for 17” laptops, it features two large external pockets and a padded waist belt (pockets, waist belt and laptop sleeve are all removable).

The E-705 is the latest and largest addition to the successful GDC E family. Designed to fit a DSLR with an external flash
unit installed, it is also large enough to fit many Medium Format cameras and DSLRs with longer zoom and tele lenses attached. The E-705 shelters your DSLR from rain whilst providing access to all functions of the camera. The three new GDC products are available from all good photographic retailers from the beginning of April 2009.

Nitzan Kimchi and Dror Tishler, founders of KATA, became acquainted with sophisticated military equipment during their service in an elite combat unit. Subsequently, they developed and offered solutions for themselves and other special units for over a decade. In 1992, in response to an increased demand for their products, and following an extended process of product development, they decided to establish KATA.

In a very short period of time, KATA evolved from an R&D laboratory to a company that develops, manufactures and markets thousands of products to hundreds of clients becoming a leader in its field.

In 2005 KATA joined the VITEC Group plc www.vitecgroup.com and under its Imaging Division the company has expanded and flourished world wide working together with its sister companies; Manfrotto, Gitzo, Avenger and others. Today Kata is a well known and respected brand in the Video and Photo market, which is distributed in over one hundred countries around the world.
