Epson Stylus Pro 400
With ongoing demand for high performance large format printers, Epson Australia has released the new Stylus Pro 400 series of large format printers consisting of the Stylus Pro 4400, Stylus Pro 7400 and Stylus Pro 9400.

The fastest large format printer range ever produced by Epson, the Stylus Pro 400 series provides high productivity without compromising on the final print quality, for precise architectural, engineering and construction drawings, vibrant retail point-of-sale displays, detailed maps and charts, and attractive teaching tools.

The Stylus Pro 400 series is equipped with HDI drivers for creating accurate 2D and 3D line drawings (up to +/-0.2% accuracy), 3D images and colour graphics. This series also features large professional media handling capabilities and high data throughput for fast output.

The Stylus Pro 400 range features four individual high capacity 110ml (optional 220ml also available) colour ink cartridges in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Matte Black to deliver high quality photos, vibrant coloured maps and technical line drawings and produces deep, rich blacks.

This series is also designed for graphic arts and design professionals with a maximum true resolution of up to 1440 dpi. The new 1 inch wide Micro Piezo print head with 180 nozzles per colour, greatly improves printing speed by increasing the printable area for each pass of the print head while maintaining high image quality.

The Stylus Pro 400 series also uses VSDT (Variable Sized Droplet Technology) which produces different sized droplets, as small as 3.5 picolitre, to not only improve the uniformity of the ink in relation to the print surface, but also to increase print speed.

For highly durable results the Stylus Pro 400 series prints with water resistant and long lasting Epson UltraChrome pigment ink with Epson's Micro Encapsulation technology to increase print life.
